Who is eligible for our discounted fares?

We are broadening our criteria for discounted fares! Low-income individuals and veterans are now eligible to receive discounted fares, along with seniors and persons with disabilities, making our services even more inclusive and accessible.

What is the driving boundary?

We've redefined our driving boundaries to connect even more communities and allow for more cross-community transportation between these neighboring communities. Our driving boundary is as follows: Northern Boundary - M-59, Southern Boundary - 7 mile Rd., Western Boundary - US23, Eastern Boundary - Drake Rd. Please refer to our 2023 PEX Service Area Map below for a clear outline.

What is the fare structure for In-Boundary Trips (General Public)?

For residents of participating communities within the driving boundary, the fare for a one-way trip is set at $4.00 per one-way trip. This uniform fare applies to the general public.

What is the fare structure for those eligible for reduced rates for In-Boundary Trips (Discounted Fares)?

Seniors aged 55 and older, persons with disabilities, low-income individuals, and veterans within participating communities will enjoy a discounted fare of just $2.00 for one-way trips within the driving boundary.

What if a client needs to go out of the driving boundary?

This option is available for both the general public and our eligible riders but is based upon PEX availability. We are introducing out-of-boundary trips at a fare of $4.00 per one-way trip, plus a mileage charge of $2.50 for each mile driven outside the boundary. Discounted fares are charged for out-of-boundary trips at a fare of $2.00 per one-way trip, plus a mileage charge of $1.25 for each mile driven outside the boundary.
