Livingston County Transportation Services

People’s Express partners with Livingston County Essential Transportation Services (LETS) to assist in accommodating the service demands in the county, particularly the rural and Southeast portions of the county. We pride ourselves in providing trips outside the county. If LETS is unable to accommodate your ride, please contact us! Fares vary by destination, please contact our dispatch directly for pricing.

Green Oak Township

Service Area: Our services are exclusively available to residents of the Township of Green Oak who live within the outlined black boundary on the map.

In-Boundary Trips: For residents living within the outlined boundary, the fare for a one-way trip is $2.00.

Out-of-Boundary Trips: Residents traveling outside the black boundary will be charged as follows:

  • The fare is $2.50 per mile from the trip's starting point.

  • Seniors and individuals with disabilities enjoy a discounted fare of $1.25 per mile from the origin.

Special Flat Fees: We have special flat fees for certain destinations:

  • Traveling to The City of South Lyon: $5.00 flat fee for all residents.

  • Centennial Communities Residents traveling to The City of South Lyon (Along Rushton Rd between nine-mile and ten-mile roads): $3.00 flat fee.

  • Traveling to Novi: A flat fee of $10.00 applies.

  • Traveling to Ann Arbor and Ypsilanti: A flat fee of $10.00 applies.

 

Reservations

Reservations must be made at least three business days in advance. Call 877-214-6073 between Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. - 7 p.m. to schedule your ride. A call back will be given one business day prior to your schedule ride.
