
The People’s Express provides specialized transportation services to the US-23 corridor, and greater Ann Arbor and Ypsilanti area. We have handicapped accessible vans and buses available for Medical, Educational, Work and Personal rides.

Application forms are available for the Dollar to Ride program on our website at FAQ or call People's Express at 877-214-6073 to see if you qualify. Townships participating in the Dollar to Ride program are: Ann Arbor twp, Bridgewater, City of Ypsilanti, Northfield, Pittsfield, Salem, Scio, York, Superior, Ypsilanti and access to the City of Ann Arbor.

FLEX ROUTE
Our new flex route will enable others to ride from our new stops every 2 hours at University of Michigan, Veterans (MAP) in Ypsilanti, the Reichart Building and more.
JARC RIDES (JOB ACCESS)
The Job Access and Reverse Commute (JARC) program was established to address the unique transportation challenges faced by welfare recipients and low-income persons seeking to obtain and maintain employment. Many new entry-level jobs are located in suburban areas, and low-income individuals have difficulty accessing these jobs from their inner city, urban, or rural neighborhoods.
People’s Express provides low-cost ride pick-ups every 2 hours at the M-36 and US-23 intersection car pool area for people to transfer and travel to work in Washtenaw County.
NEW FREEDOM RIDES
The New Freedom formula grant program seeks to reduce barriers to transportation services and expand the transportation mobility options available to people with disabilities beyond the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) of 1990.

Reservations
Reservations must be made at least 3 business days in advance. Call 877-214-6073 between 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM, Monday - Friday to schedule your ride. A call-back will be given 1 business day prior to your scheduled ride. Please be on time. Drivers will wait five minutes. They may arrive up to fifteen minutes before or after scheduled pick-up times.
